Prices:
The rate for every apartment with a minimum stay of 2 nights is the following: •per day: minimum 40 Euro maximum 140 Euro
•per week: minimum 280 Euro maximum 840 Euro
Included in the price: •1 welcoming bottle of red or white wine produced by our vineyards; •water use; •electric use; •gas use for ovens; •bed and bath linens with weekly change; •final cleaning; •pool use; •mountain bike use; •crib use (on request).
Not included in the price: •cleaning kitchenette, if not done by the client, 50 Euro; •towels and linens kitchen not included and not provided; •heating, when necessary; maximum 15 Euro per day per apartment. Reservations and Payments
To reserve a stay at our Agritourism farm, please complete the contact form or send an e-mail to indicating: •first and last name of the people arriving; •home address; •telephone land line; •cell phone; •length of stay; •cost of stay (if already agreed in prior contacts by e-mail or by telephone).
At the time of confirming the reservation, the guest must make a down-payment of 30% of the total cost of the stay. Payment may be made by: •PAYPAL
•bank draft
•money order
•bank transfer
The way to make payment will be communicated to you following your e-mail confirming the reservation. On arrival, the guest must pay a deposit equal to Euro 200,which will be returned at the time of departure. The balance of the payment may be made during or at the end of the stay..
