Rental cost DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Final cleaning € 18,00/ person excluding children under 3 years
Heating on consumption Euro 4,00/ mc - needs usually from mid October to March
Laundry use of wash machine € 3,00/ washing including detergents
Pool towels rental € 4,00/ towel
Pets € 15,00 / stay, in agreement with the direction
Tourist Tax: from April to September € 1,00/person/night, for the first 6 nights excluding children under 14
Security Deposit: to be paid in cash € upon arrival; refundable upon departure

Reservations and Payments:
Write a simple email request for availability.
Upon confirmation of the booking you will pay a deposit of 30% of the lease.
The balance is to be paid within 45 days from the day of arrival.
If booking is made within 45 days of the arrival date the hole amount is to be paid in one.
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, paypal
Booking Cancellation:
within 60 days from the date of arrival - refund of the paid amounts
between day 60 and 30 from the date of arrival - loss of 30% of rental amount
between day 30 and 15 from the date of arrival - loss of 70% of rental amount
between day 15 and the day of arrival - loss of 100% of rental amount
NOTE: From the refunded amounts will be always deducted:
1) 10% of the paid amount for BANK CHARGES
2) Euro 50.00 for ADMINISTRATION COSTS
