Our holiday farm Le Dimore di Poggianto is located in a marvellous panoramic position, and it is an ideal starting point for trips to the most renowned cities in Tuscany. Arezzo, Siena, Firenze, Chianti, San Gimignano and many more are easy reachable. The apartments are all very big and with all comforts for the maximum relax. We have a nice pool, a playground for children and a family run restaurant, with typical courses from the Tuscan tradition, prepared exclusively with local products and organic vegetables from our farm. Indoor dining room and outdoor panoramic loggia.

Reservations and Payments:
Write a simple email request for availability.
Upon confirmation of the booking you will pay a deposit of 30% of the lease.
The balance is to be paid within 45 days from the day of arrival.
If booking is made within 45 days of the arrival date the hole amount is to be paid in one.

Booking Cancellation:
within 60 days from the date of arrival - refund of the paid amounts
between day 60 and 30 from the date of arrival - loss of 30% of rental amount
between day 30 and 15 from the date of arrival - loss of 70% of rental amount
between day 15 and the day of arrival - loss of 100% of rental amount
NOTE: From the refunded amounts will be always deducted:
1) 10% of the paid amount for BANK CHARGES
2) Euro 50.00 for ADMINISTRATION COSTS

Our is a family-run farmhouse in Tuscany where we cultivate our own organic vegetables according to the different seasons of the year.
