Rent a seaside apartment for the winter months (until March 30th). Consider the convenience of a two-room apartment complete with all the comforts. Have a base in Marina di Grosseto that you can use every weekend and, if possible, even for several weeks during the holidays. We only have 2-3 apartments available for this type of rental. A 3-month package starts at €1,350 (€450 per month) plus utilities reimbursement. After the 3 months, you decide whether to continue month-by-month until March 30th. Consider the costs: €450 per month is just over €110 per weekend. Don't wait too long, as availability fills up quickly.
