The 95 m² apartment features every comfort and comprises three double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, wood-burning oven, Tyrolean-style living room with satellite TV (non-smoking) and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, toilet, bidet, and sink, a shower with toilet and sink, and a 20 m² south- and west-facing balcony. Our house is located in a very sunny and quiet area in San Lorenzo di Sebato at an altitude of 1,130 m, 3 km before Brunico, in the hamlet of Sares, a 10-minute drive from the town center. The price includes all utilities (gas, waste, water, electricity). We provide bed linens, towels, and dish towels free of charge.
