No Booking Fees
Prices:
All apartments are for 4 persons
- the apartments are delivered after 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.
- must be left before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
For weekends we intend to arrive on Friday and departure on Sunday.
2018 prices per unit:
(low) = other periods
price per night € 60; weekend price (2 nights) € 150; price per week € 400
(average) = from 11 June to 1 July - from 11 September to 1 October - Easter on New Year's Eve and bridges
price per night € 80; weekend price (2 nights) € 200; price per week € 550
(high) = from 2 to 30 July - from 28 August to 10 September
price per night € 100; weekend price (2 nights) € 300; price per week € 700
(very high) = from 31st July to 27th August
price per night € 160; price per week € 1120
The final cleaning that is quantified in € 50 is required if the apartment is left dirty and you have to make new cleaning before entering new guests or in the presence of pets.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented on request when booking.
When booking a deposit is required to confirm the 25% reservation; the balance must be paid on the day of arrival.
Possible accessory costs:
- the cost of linen rental to be requested at the time of booking by room and bathroom € 15 per person per change.
- in case of use to be requested on site for heating and / or conditioning supplement of € 10 per day.
- final cleaning that is quantified in € 50 is required if the apartment is left dirty and you have to make new cleaning before entering new guests or in the presence of pets.
- Additional cleaning on request € 15 / hour on request to be done on site with prior notice.
