Terms and conditions for accommodation providers

Below we provide information regarding the terms and conditions for joining LovelyITALIA for accommodation providers and property owners offering rentals, hereinafter referred to as the “accommodation provider”.

Service ownership and industrial property

The LovelyITALIA portal is the exclusive property of Aurora Studio di Ferrari Alessio. All services offered through the domains lovelyitalia.it and lovelyitalia.com are identified and protected by the registered trademark lovelyTALIA® (registration no. 302021000046466 with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office – Ministry of Economic Development). Use of the portal and subscription to the services do not grant any right of use or license of the registered trademark, the ownership of which remains with Ferrari Alessio.

How it works

On LovelyITALIA, guests send availability requests directly to the accommodation provider by filling in the contact forms available on the portal. The request is delivered to the accommodation provider at the reference email address specified in the profile. The contact therefore remains completely direct between the guest and the accommodation provider regarding availability requests, bookings, and payments. We do not charge any commission on bookings. At the end of the subscription and/or trial period, no automatic paid renewal is provided. The accommodation provider is free from any obligation, and no cancellation notice is required.

First registration on the portal

Registration is completed by filling in the registration form available at the page http://www.lovelyitalia.it/iscrizione_struttura_ricettiva.php. The submitted data can later be updated at any time by the accommodation provider through their private area, the “Control Panel”.
For first-time registration, it is possible to subscribe using one of the following options:

• subscription-based plan: allows you to respond immediately to guests looking for accommodation thanks to simple and immediate tools:
  - via email: directly from your own email inbox
  - by phone: the accommodation provider’s phone number is published to facilitate direct guest–provider contact
  - with a 2-click reply system designed to manage high volumes of requests and available in the control panel, optimized for use on computers, tablets, and smartphones
  Featured visibility: we offer different types of visibility with guaranteed constant presence on the top pages included in the subscription, with fees designed to meet different visibility and budget needs;
  Your offers via email: insertion of promotional offers with immediate email delivery to people looking for accommodation, both in Italy and abroad, specifically interested in your area.
• free plan (first registration only): to allow new customers to try our service, we offer, for the first registration, the possibility to benefit from a trial period with reduced base visibility in the accommodation providers section of the same location for a duration of 3 mesi. During this period, responses to guests looking for accommodation can be sent from the private area with a 2-day delay compared to the date of receipt. This limitation is applied in order not to reduce priority for subscription-based accommodation providers.

Request management

We provide accommodation providers with an intuitive and fast control panel for managing even large volumes of requests in just a few clicks, with a dedicated website optimized for computers, tablets, and smartphones.

The control panel allows you to manage offers, profiles, requests, and any accommodation details through a dedicated area optimized for every device, enabling efficient management from computers, tablets, and smartphones.

Renewal

LovelyITALIA does not provide for automatic paid renewal. Before expiration, you will be notified by email of the approaching date. At the end of the period, you may choose to renew the subscription or, alternatively, the service for receiving full contact details will be suspended. If you wish, you may cancel your registration in just a few seconds through the dedicated “cancel registration” menu in your control panel. No cancellation notice is required, and no amounts will be due.

Removal

At any time, you may cancel your registration in just a few moments from your control panel. Your accommodation listing will be promptly removed, and you will receive an email confirming the removal.
