In a strip of land between the railway and the free beach of the duna's reserve of Tollo, there are 5 old houses. The cars left at 100m and the narrow breaches with the small spartan railway tunnels (the only public accesses) make of it a romantic enclave 2km far from Francavilla. One of the houses, the ours, the only one with garden is an oasis loved by artists so much so that it has been told several times in editorials about particular places in Abruzzi. Unconventional place for unconventional adaptable and meek people like us. Vintage interiors. Not luxury, but simplicity. For 2-5 persons

Apartment for 2 to 5 people in a house with garden directly on the SEA of Ortona available from April to October. Renovated several times over the years, it has always kept intact the original charm typical of the 50 s by adding elements of modernity that cannot be found, such as background music.it has direct exit to a huge beach declared a nature reserve for the richness of dune flora and fauna. The shallow water for several meters makes this place ideal for children as well. The house is just outside the center of Francavilla Al Mare, which is just 1 km away. We are appreciated by those who value the freedom that the beach offers, and consider the possibility of experiencing the sea 24 hours a day. Swimming in the moonlight or an aperitif at sunset on the beach, these are all things that become possible here more than anywhere else. In the surrounding area, moving by car, it is possible to visit the Cathedral of St. Thomas the Apostle with its Holy Relics, the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere, the Aragonese Castle of Ortona, the Ducal Castle of Crecchio and have fun on the cycle and pedestrian path of the Costa dei Trabocchi, in the padel courts and at the zoo Safari d'Abruzzo, Feasts and Festivals in Summer.
