Cerreta is no holiday in a farmhouse but a lifestyle. It's getting rid of stress and noises, from tv and internet, from meeting and ringing telephones to recover the contact with stillness and nature. It's a regenerating stay made of simple things: stone buildings surrounded by woods, prodcuts that come from our farm served in our restaurant and calm and silent pauses. Terme di Sassetta are part of a scattered wellness path, a tile of a mosaic made of listening, research of a person's identity and relation with the surrounding nature in the great sistem of earth and cosmic energies.
