Shared washing machine is available outside. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, internet and waste collection included in the price. Sheets and towels are not included (€5.00 for each set of three). Check in – Check out is on Saturdays. A small tourist tax must be paid. Distance from the sea and the very famous “Trabocchi” (mentioned in his works by Gabriele D 'Annunzio) 2 km.
