Possibility to rent apartments with two, three or four rooms in the short, medium and long term, for tourist use. Possibility of discounts and vacation packages to all customers: to singles, families, groups and all those who come to visit us year after year. To reserve the apartment, the customer pays a deposit equal to 1/3 of the rent. Upon his arrival, upon delivery of the keys, then the tourist pays the balance rent. Besides, there are the costs of cleaning and electricity, water and gas, measured by autonomous counters for each apartment. For pricing information, contact the owner by email or phone.
