Situated on the fringe of the foothills, the old Villa Stabbia offers serenity of the countryside, yet is only 5 minutes away from all the facilities of Montecatini Terme and 30 min. Away from both Pisa and Florence. Nestled among the green hills, the seventeenth century farmhouses in the grounds of the villa have been converted into 6 luxury holiday apartments. Each apartment is fully equipped and has a surface area of around 100 m2,a spacious kitchen/living-room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with a bathroom. It has its own private veranda overlooking the olive groove.

The organically driven farm produces extra virgin olive oil of very high quality, infused oils and Vin Santo. The riding centre on the farm has 7 horses available for lessons or treks into the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The houses are self-catering.
