The Farm "Cote Tonda" has always owned by the family, is located about 2 km from the center of Marciana Marina, one of the most fashionable seaside towns and the island of Elba. The farm is spread from the sea to the hill and offers accommodation in 2 apartments: - Ilvia: it was once used as storage for fishing nets, is about 10 meters from the sea; - Taccola: where was the wood-burning oven, is about 50 meters from the sea;

The final cleaning that is quantified in € 50 is required if the apartment is left dirty and you have to make new cleaning before entering new guests or in the presence of pets.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented on request when booking.
When booking a deposit is required to confirm the 25% reservation; the balance must be paid on the day of arrival.
Possible accessory costs:
- the cost of linen rental to be requested at the time of booking by room and bathroom € 15 per person per change.
- in case of use to be requested on site for heating and / or conditioning supplement of € 10 per day.
- final cleaning that is quantified in € 50 is required if the apartment is left dirty and you have to make new cleaning before entering new guests or in the presence of pets.
- Additional cleaning on request € 15 / hour on request to be done on site with prior notice.
