The building and the systems are made according the ecological design principles: roofs and wooden-beam floors, ecological varnishes, loose stone foundation anti-radon, main walls, electrical automatic cut-on, natural terracotta-tiled floors, lattice mattresses, copper heating at skirting board level. Large liveable open air spaces (gazebo and veranda) allow you to live at the open air more than 6 months a year, having available fruit in season and 10,000 square metres of Mediterranean vegetation. The quiet of the country few minutes from the sea. It is situated inside a countryside hamlet in an isolated valley in the south-east of Sardinia. It has just been built according to the ecological design principles, it is 15 minutes by car far from the most enchanting beaches of the island and near the regional park. Three houses are available for renting with 4 or 8 accommodations each.
