Residence Felice rents apartments. We are open all year. The structure consists of 10 apartments, was opened in May 2014 and offers silence and tranquility. It has a lift, air conditioning and independent heating; uses clean energy, produced by solar and photovoltaic panels. It has free private parking, with the possibility of covered garages (for rent or for sale). Free internet access. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large outdoor pool with large sunbathing area.
