Quiet and spacious two-story building, in the center of the town of Umbertide, facing a large garden, it used to be a rural medieval construction, founded over a clear-water ancient spring presumably known since Roman time. In the living room, a crystal paving allows to overlook the medieval walls of the foundations, with a suggestive lightning effect on some fragments discovered underneath the property. First floor: living room, kitchen corner, bathroom; two persons can be accommodated in a bed-couch. Second floor: large bedroom, bathroom, accommodates two persons (+child).
