I renovated the old grandmother's and his large family house, where I was born, trying to preserve its charm. The Residence has 5 apartments of various sizes, all modernly functional: kitchen with refrigerator, oven, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, tv. All external balconies in all rooms. The area is very central, peaceful and quiet; within walking distance to everything, beaches at 10 minutes. The apartments are independent, and can be associated to the exclusive use of two sunny terraces equipped with chairs, tables, deckchairs, umbrellas, barbecue.
