No Booking Fees
Prices:
- Special rates can be agreed according to season, period of stay, and number of guests;
- Small pets are allowed;
- Prices include water and electricity costs;
- Gas for heating will be charged at the current price, without any mark up.
- € 40.00 will be charged for each apartment for the final cleaning (€ 60 for Villa);
- Bed linen and bathroom towels can be rented for each Apartment at the price of 20.00 € per person per week;
- Deposit: 150 €. The deposit will be given back at the return of the keys, after checked status of the apartment/villa
