The vast 6-hectare plot is located between the centre of Orosei and Marina beach in Orosei. The sea (Marina di Orosei beach) is 300 meters from the houses but unfortunately it is not possible to access directly because there is a small canal that is inbetween. So you need to take a road for about 900 meters. There are a lot of beaches near by that can be reached by car in a few minutes. The beaches in the area are: Marina di Orosei, Su Barone, Cala Ginepro and sa Curcurica, oasi Biderosa, Berchida.
